Yat's is a New Orleans-style restaurant located @ 200 Bolivar Street in Lexington, Kentucky. The restaurant has been hosting musical events on a consistent basis since the spring of 1999.

We are simple, idealistic folks for the most part, committed to supporting the presentation of interesting music in Lexington. We are trying to facilitate a space that allows local and touring artists of all types to develop and present their ideas. We are also fun loving folks who hope to give people a place to relax, have a beer, hear some good music, and, maybe, meet someone new.

Touring artists who have performed at Yat's include Dismemberment Plan, Delta 72, Make Up, Shipping News, the Chicago Underground Duo, Brokeback, Joel R.L. Phelps/the Downer Trio, the Lucksmiths, Kissing Book, Glossary, the Lonesome Organist, Black Anger/Bedroom Produksionz, Autumn Rising, Je Suis France, Masters of the Hemisphere, the Aluminum Group, Bugs Eat Books, Victory at Sea, and the Wee Turtles.

Yat's is also proud to frequently play host to Lexington's best bands including Birddog, the Speedtrain, Pontius CoPilot, Brass Tacks, Garland Buckeye, Ferdinand, and Big Fresh, as well as, Lexington's only showcase for underground hip hop.
